Margherita Sala, born in Milan, is a bio-designer with a degree in Product Design from Istituto Marangoni (2015-2018) where she received a Design Award for the best project of the year 2018. Subsequently, thanks to a scholarship, she won, she also pursued a Master in Contemporary Furniture Design, concluded in 2019. During her studies she had the opportunity to design for important companies such as Giulio Cappellini, Riva 1920, Icone Luce, Confalonieri.

Childhood story

"Since I was a child I have always had a very strong bond with nature and animals. I have always lived in a world of my own, in which some objects took the name of a living creature.

I have always carried with me this creativity and artistic flair, as well as drawing and painting, and then, with the design at university, always having my own vision of the world and things.

With Margart I have combined my artistic flair and vision of design with the charm and respect for the natural world."
